When the surgery is closed the out-of-hours service will be available to take your call – please ring the surgery telephone number and you will be connected.

Walk-in Centres
- Katie Road Walk-in Centre, 15 Katie Road, Selly Oak, Birmingham B29 6JG. Open between 08:00 – 20:00. Telephone 0121 415 2095.
- NHS Walk-in Centre – situated on the lower ground floor of Boots the Chemist in Birmingham City Centre. Open seven days a week 08:00 – 20:00 Monday to Saturday and 11:00 – 17:00 on Sunday.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
